We are a small batch, specialty coffee roaster based in Adelaide, South Australia.

To us 'specialty' designates two key things - quality and provenance; we only roast coffees of the highest quality we can find and coffees that are completely traceable.  We feel as the roaster it is our role to, firstly - roast only to preserve and highlight the individual qualities inherent in each coffee due to the meticulous work of the producers, and secondly - to make sure you know who those producers are and where your coffee came from.  We endeavour to accomplish both these tasks using research and the application of verifiable knowledge.

Due to our roasting batch size requirements at this stage we roast all online orders on the Wednesday of each week, so if you order is in by close of business Tuesday it will be roasted and shipped that week, otherwise it will be roasted the following week, thank you for your understanding.
